Yes! We charge a flat rate of $6.95 for shipping anywhere in the continental US. Contact us for International shipping prices.
At Lana’s Boutique, we understand that sometimes your items aren’t what you expected. We are happy to accept returns and will issue online store credit for the amount of the item(s) minus shipping cost. Please review our full return policy below:
-Returns are for ONLINE store credit only! No refunds will be issued.
-All returns/exchanges must be done within 10 days of order receipt. If your item(s) is received after the 10 days it will be returned.
-Return labels are the responsibility of the customer, however in the case of an exchange, we will ship your new item at no cost.
-Items must be unwashed, unworn, and with tags still attached.

We accept PayPal and all major credit cards processed on Stripe.
You will receive a confirmation email immediately. Once your order has
been processed and shipped, you will receive another email that will
include your tracking number. If you are picking up your order you will be contacted once your order is packaged and ready for pickup at the location you picked. **Please note some items are only at one location or the other and must be sent over to your desired location which will cause a delay in pick up availability.
Sometimes something happens and you need to change or cancel your order.
We totally understand and are here to help, but you must contact us
immediately! Contact us within an hour of placing your order. Once your order has been shipped, we cannot change it.
Applicable sales tax will be added automatically to your order based on shipping location.
